If you’ve booked for Snow White in the Seven Months of lockdown, please login and watch the film.

Yes. You’ll need to be connected to the internet to stream the show to the device of your choosing. We recommend watching on a desktop computer or laptop for the best experience, but the film can also be streamed on a smart phone, tablet or smart TV.

No. The show is available to watch until midnight on 10 January 2021. Ticket holders can watch it at any time you want and as many times as you like until then.

Click here or click the title - Snow White - above the video player to return to the homepage and then click ‘Watch Now’ to select adult or family (depending on the ticket you have purchased).

Click 'Reset here' at the bottom of the login screen to reset your password. An email with instructions on how to reset will be sent to the address your customer account is registered to.

The gift giver will have passed on an email address to us to set an account up for you. Please contact them for more details. If you have your email address, then click ‘reset here’ under ‘Forgotten your password?’ at the bottom of the login screen to create a password.

An email will be sent to the email address you used to book the morning after the date of your purchase from which you’ll be able to download your content as an Interactive PDF.

If you wish to book for a group, please contact [email protected]. It is currently not possible for multiple users to watch the film without multiple accounts.
